Shipping Deadlines

Any orders received by us before 12:00 noon (Pacific Standard Time) will be shipped the same day.  Orders received after 12:00 noon will ship the next working day. 

Zan Headgear ships by UPS, USPS, FEDEX, and DHL. 

Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped by standard UPS Ground service. 

Freight Costs

Zan Headgear will add freight charges to the customer's invoice for all orders, unless specifically agreed to before the order is shipped.  Zan Headgear offers a "Bill to Third Party" option for UPS, FEDEX and DHL services only.  Parcels can be shipped and the shipping charges will be billed directly to the customer's account. 

All address correction fees assessed by the freight carriers will be billed to the customer's account. 

Parcel Insurance

Zan Headgear will insure parcels at the published carrier insurance rate and bill the customer unless otherwise instructed by the customer in writing.  Should the customer choose to self insure, Zan Headgear has no liability for lost or damaged parcels once the parcel leaves any of our warehouses.
