Refund policy

Unused items in original condition may be returned for exchange or refund if an RMA Authorization Number is requested within 7 days of its delivery. Item must then be returned within 30 days of original delivery date. RMA Numbers are obtained by e-mailing info@Bobster.com. Please include the order number, a list of items being returned and the reason for their return. RMA Numbers will be sent via e-mail within 2 business days of request. Used products WILL NOT be accepted for return or exchange. Items MUST be new and returned in original undamaged packaging. We can only return or exchange products purchased through our retail site. If you purchased your eyewear through one of our dealers you must contact your point of purchase for return or exchange. Upon receipt and inspection of the merchandise, your credit card will be credited for amount of the item returned. (Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.) All returns must be shipped prepaid of origin, unless prior arrangements have been made. No COD returns will be accepted. New orders resulting from exchanges will be shipped upon receipt of returned merchandise, unless other arrangements have been made with ZanHeadgear®. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, both inbound and outbound.
